Do you have a passion for advertising and finance? Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative advertising and communications agency?

As the Finance Manager in this Auckland-based role, you will have proven ability in communicating financial reporting outcomes to a non-financial audience.

You'll have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial reporting role, with a substantial analytical component.

This role comes with the need to be hands-on at times, and you will be able to roll up your sleeves as required. It will be your goal to become an expert in our clients' systems and processes and be proactive in recommending and implementing improvements.

Preferable, but not essential, to this role will be your experience working in an advertising agency and being responsible for the financial operation for their Advertising, Design and TV Production and ideally together with having previous experience in ad land as a Finance Manager.

You will excel in this role if you have a high level of energy and self-motivation. Together with having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
