YOU

We are on the hunt for an Account Director or Senior Account Director to take on this shopper marketing role at a growing agency. 

You will have 7+ years of client service experience in an agency setting. It would be preferable if you have managed retail and FMCG clients in a BTL/shopper marketing agency.

Your responsibilities in the role will include the running of projects and campaigns (from briefing creative to the rollout), coordinating resources needed to service projects, confidently balancing the expectations of clients, as well as budget management, campaign analysis, and portfolio growth.

As this is a client-facing client-service role, you’ll be someone who radiates confidence and builds solid working relationships internally and externally with ease. You’ll be an organisational whizz, have superb attention to detail, and be an analytical thinker. Being strategically savvy and able to have business-based conversations with your clients will come naturally to you. Crucial to this role is your experience with project work vs retailer.
